Job Description
We have been retained as an executive search firm by a very successful wealth management firm in the Western area of Chicago to find an experienced financial advisor to join the practice. The individual we seek could either be a veteran advisor who is looking for a good succession plan or another professional looking to grow his /her practice in a substantial way by affiliation with a successful, local independent wealth management practice. The latter position has the potential to develop into a partner or successor situation with our client over time.

The professional we seek:
  • is successful to date - preferably earning a 6 figure income - with a passion for client service, a client-first fiduciary mindset, a high level of intellectual curiosity, and a willingness and ability to be a trendsetter.
  • has strong relationship building skills with the ability to generate new clients, engage in holistic conversations, formulate comprehensive financial plans and innovative solutions, and become an expert facilitator of client decisions.
  • is well educated, has earned or is currently studying for credentials such as the CFP®, ChFC, CLU, CFA, MBA or PFS, and holds an active Series 7, 63, and 65 and necessary insurance licenses.
