Job Description
We have been retained as an executive search firm by a very successful wealth management firm in the Wichita area to find a seasoned Financial Advisor as a potential Successor/Partner.

This firm is well established with an impeccable reputation. The firm has a significant degree of experience working with business owners and corporate executives and a strong background in both tax and investment planning. The CEO of this firm has been active in the business community in Wichita since the early 1980s.

The professional we seek is successful to date - currently earning a high 5 to 6 figure income - and has an existing book of business but is looking for an opportunity to substantially grow his/ her practice going forward. We are looking for an advisor with a client-first mindset and good “rainmaking” skills who can capitalize on the strong relationships that the CEO of this firm has established in the community. He/she has an entrepreneurial spirit and has the energy and vision to take the reins of a firm that has a strong foundation, but more importantly, a dynamic and exciting future. We are looking for someone who is leader.

The preferred professional we seek is well educated, has earned credentials such as the CFP®, ChFC, CFA, MBA, CPA or PFS, and holds an active Series 7, 63, and 65 and Kansas insurance licenses.
